Graphical Issue with boxes in Crystal Reports

Since my upgrade to Parallels 5, I've been having a graphical issue with Crystal Reports in my Windows XP installation. When I click on any item within the report, instead of drawing the highlighted outline around the box as it should, all highlight boxes get drawn in the upper left corner of the screen making it pretty hard to work on most things.

I've reinstalled Crystal XI and that made no difference.

Attached is a screenshot of the graphical issue.

Should I assume no replies means nobody has ever had this issue?

Where should I be submitting this to get support from the Parallels group?
 
Just a follow up:

Turned out to be not enough RAM allocated to the virtual machine. I increased it to the max and everything started working fine.
