Guest to Guest Network

I have two Macs with Parallels. The problem: they are in the same network-group, but i can't connect to a network share. A Ping to the guest-ip does not work

What i have to do or is it not possible to build a "virtual network"?

It is likely because they are in Shared Networking. To make them see each other, please switch them both to the Bridged Networking.
