I made the mistake of upgrading to Mavericks (which I really loathe) based on the lack of security support for Snow Leopard. It's the worst thing decision I've made. The guest vm seems okay after I made a number of changes (mostly visual), but I'm being driven nuts by the vm's screen flashing to black while I'm working. The vm does NOT boot to a black screen (as I've found had occurred before new builds of Parallels 9), but while I'm working I lose the guest screen entirely and get a totally black screen. After several seconds, the screen flashes back to my place in whatever program I'm working. This is really annoying. Is there a fix? I'm running P 9.0.24251 with an XP Pro vm. Mac OS = 10.9.5 (which I'm considering reverting back to Snow Leopard). TobyT
