Hello, I am trying to install "Support Selector" third party tool as you know that is supporting in H-sphere to change support ticket and knowledgebase links to your custom support desk, but this is not properly redirecting to custom URLs. The H-sphepre version is 3.6 and the tool available here "http://www.cpdevel.com/products.php?view=productPage&product=3". I see that the tool is available upto 3.4.1 but not sure this is support to H-hsphere 3.6.
