Have active license; tools say license expired

I have an active license for Parallels for Windows that expires in October 2025; when I try to use a tool, it tells me that the license expired in October 2023. I cannot find an activation key in the message confirming my license renewal from October of last year.

I'm having a similar issue. My account has just renewed and shows that both Parallels and toolbox are good for another year. However, I'm getting messages saying Toolbox will expire soon and the Toolbox account itself shows it has not renewed. How do I get Toolbox to recognize the renewal?
