Have been a customer for many years - cannot find my original Activation key...stuck in a loop!

    The title says it all. I have had parallels for years. Haven't used it probably in 2-3 years (haven't used it since v7 or v8 I think). Need it now and upgraded, but I'm stuck now, unable to complete the installation.

    In the time I've been a customer, Parallels has changed the way it distributes Activation keys, and I'm unable to find it in my email.

    In order to benefit from the upgrade price to 11 you would need version 10 or 9, if you have 7 or 8 like you say then you'll have to buy the full version anyway, so having the key is pointless for that (upgrade, if I understood you correctly).
