Have internet on mac side but no access on parallels side

Hello,

I am running parallels with windows 7. On the mac side of things, I am connected to the internet and can surf the web without problems. However, on the parallels side, no wireless options appear and when I run diagnostics it says that my DSN is not connected. I haven't had trouble with this in the past.
Suggestions?

Any will help!
 
This also shows up every time I try to access the internet on the parallels side:

[BrowserSafeguard] DNS Lookup for "browsersafeguard.com" failed. The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found
