I noticed someone posted a similar issue, but no follow-up.
Is there a way to recover corrupted HDD files when the XML is empty? The HDD files all seem to have size and everything else *seems* to be healthy, but error message says this HDD image is corrupt or in use. I can't go back to snapshots or anything.
Also, Parallel's technical support page seems to be non-existent. I received this after sending in a Bug Report. The website returns gone or moved.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated. I'm dead in the water here!
"If you are experiencing the reported problem on a regular (reproducible) basis and it interferes with your Parallels software user experience, please fill the technical support request form at our website (http://www.parallels.com/en/support/request/) and our Support team will follow up on it."
