Heat Issues (High Temperature at CPU) While Running VM on Mountain Lion

Hello,

I'm worried about the heat on my macbook pro it gets really hot while playing Medal of Honor, at:

• 256MB of video
• Windows xp vm
• 1.5GB of ram

This is on the vm.

My machine is a RetinaMP Early 2013/16GB RAM

Here is the pick, what do you guys think?





PS: The temp software of the pick is telling a warning: that is too hot, and should quit applications
