Have you tried running a system recovery or reinstalling Windows on the affected machines? That might be able to get things working again without permanently losing your data. You could also look into using a data recovery tool to see if you can salvage any of those important files before doing a full reinstall.
did anyone ever get to the bottom of this as parallels are not the quickest in responding, My parallels starts and then windows goes into recovery mode and Neve boots up, I need windows to work for work projects
