HELP! Error with Parallels 4 - Can not read disk

Hi!

I have been using Paralells for running WinXP on my MacBook Pro for the last couple of months.
Today my VM crashed and after rebooting i get the following error while trying to boot:

512 MB physical memory installer

SCSI controller is not installed.
Network bootrom is installed.
Trying to boot from Primary Master IDE drive ...

A disk read error ocurred
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

No matter what i do, it always comes to this error and does not manage to load Windows.

I've been trying to fix this for the last 5 hours with no success.
Can you guys help me!?

I have this exact situation and there is no remedy I can find save erasing all and starting again. If I do that I am going to Fusion, which seems to have far fewer problems.

I am a Parallels owner/user since BEFORE the first release. I love the program, but there are just too many breakdowns now.
