Help for Newbie Parallels Desktop 9

I just upgraded and running VM Windows 7.
Under Parallel Desktop I do not see the Virtual Machine > Configure option at all?
I think I have allocated too much RAM to Windows and need to adjust.

I have the VM W7 shut down.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance

I got it, the new small window for VMs. I had to click on windows icon inside. Damn that was not obvious. They sure need some additional tutorials.
