do you mean "I want to move my VM from my old Mac to my new Mac"?
If yes use Apple's Migration Assistant, sit back, and relax. You could also install Parallels on the new Mac and, once you're done, copy your VM from the old Mac to the new... but you won't need to do that with Migration Assistant.
Me, I've seen sites that are a lot worse than Parallels.com that I find quite helpful in fact. What exactly is it that you'd like to have improved?

tried that, migration assistant told me that it would take > 15 hours!! to transfer, no thanks.
I have never seen support as bad as parallels. And then they make you pay thru the nose for every update which is worse and worse in terms of function. No thanks.
I'm gonna try VM fusion.

Good luck with Fusion. I've tried both Fusion and Parallels and I believe Parallels to be far superior, both as regards actual functionality - the P5 Graphics Card virtualisation is quite good - and as regards integration with the Mac.
Have you tried manually copying your VM package over to the new mac? And I still don't quite get why you're so bothered with the Parallels support... what exactly makes you say that they're so bad?
