HELP Quickbooks Premier 2014 (multi currency)

I am not a Parallells user yet, but I do have a question for any QB users on Parallels.
I am in Canada and use Quickbooks Premier multi-currency. I have been using a Windows computer, but am planning to switch to a Mac, however I have to have the ability to open and work on QB.
Are there issues working in Quickbooks? I plan to install Windows Office for Mac, so my next question would be in regard to that... can I work in Parallels and on my Mac (latest OS) simultaneously?

You can work simultaneously in Parallels Desktop and Mac OS.
Windows OS should be installed in Parallels Desktop in order to install Quickbooks and it works fine in Parallels Desktop.
