Help screen invisible in Parallels Dekstop for Mac 12

I opened the Parallels Desktop Help.
I wanted to make the screen smaller in width.
As I could not change it to enlarge it, I click on the Green button at the top left (was marked with + sign) and help screen disappeared.

Stopped and started Parallels but no way to get the help pages
