I tried the knowledge base suggestion of downloading the dmg file. . . when the Parallels desktop mounts, I click the 'Uninstall Parallels. . ' and I get, "Uninstall Parallels Desktop quit unexpectedly" . . . Reopening does not work.
I used migration assistant from my old macbook (which parallels works fine on), but I apple engineers think that the presence of parallels on my new computer is interfering with my airport functioning (it stops working). I don't use it on this computer anyway, so could use the extra space and NEED to get it off.
Is there another way to get a full deletion of all of the components (vs just dragging the folder to the trash which does not completely uninstall)?
HELP?
THanks
JON
