help, windows startup breaks down

hello,

i can run paralles, but when i try to run windows xp on my vm , it breaks down, when i used to be able to work perfectly
anybody knows what might be happening?

What is actual error?

the actual error is when i run windows in the virtual machine, it starts in
DOS mode and then just shuts down.
