I have a 2023 16" MacBook Pro with 16GB RAM with an Apple M2 Pro chip running on macOS Sonoma 14.3.1.
I am running Parallels Desktop 19 for Mac.
I was able to install Windows 11 and all updates without any issues and I was able to install Quickbook POS v19 without any issues.
The issue is when I got to the item list. When the item list is first loaded, all the items appear in the list as would be expected. If I put anything in the "Search Inventory" box such as "glass" at the bottom of the list, 151 record(s) in result and 1 item selected. The issue being is that nothing is displayed in the list. I can scroll the list and it states that 1 item has been selected, but nothing shows in the list. As soon as I remove the search terms from the search box, the entire list appears again.
I thought it might of been something to do with the database so I copied the same program and the same database to a Windows 11 laptop and everything works just fine.
I have tried adjusting display scale settings in Parallels with no change. I have even tried connecting a 24" display to see if that might help. Still same issue.
Might someone have some more troubleshooting steps to try or has come across a resolution for this?
