I bought windows XP and Parallels today to run a program called Goldmail. Every time I try to open the application it says "Goldmail has encountered a problem and needs to close." The Goldmail people say its because it is detecting the Mac hardware still and I totally don't get it because I thought that is why I bought Parallels in the first place. I am not a computer genius so any help would be VERY much appreciated.
