Hi all,
i am using parallel desktop 4
and i like to use modality that small~becoz no one knows what i am doing.
but..i got some problem, two photos.

JimXTMD,

Try to reinstall Parallels Tools in the following way:

1. Start you Windows Virtual Machine.

2. Go to "Start" > "Control Panel" > "Add/Remove Programs" and remove Parallels Tools.

3. Reboot Windows Virtual Machine.

4. Now install Parallels Tools from the "Virtual Machine" menu on the Parallels Desktop menubar when Windows is running.

thx for answering but it is not working..
after i try to reinstall parallel tools.
i tried to reinstall the whole machine....
still...the same .
help please..

Finally i've found out the solution ,
i used appclean to delete parallel and reinstall again
and it works!
thanks a lot!

Same problem here - Parallels Tools trick does not work. And I would not like to use an de-install, install trick.
