Hi, Parallels 12, Windows 7. Windows has frozen and I cant shut the VM down.

Please try to reset your vm?
Please also make sure Parallels tools are up to date by reinstalling them.

If close the VM screen it will by default got to suspended state. You use Actions > Shutdown for shutting down the Windows. If Windows is frozen you can use Actions > Reset or Stop and launch the VM.

You can also change Start-up and Shutdown options to shutdown Windows when closing the VM.
