Hidden files on mac desktop

    Hey there,

    Can you please tell me how to remove the hidden files on my desktop?
    $RECYCLE.BIN - desktop.ini - Thumbs.db

    I tried but it's not working
    Settings > Share > Tab Mac Sharing > Customize > Uncheck Desktop

    I unchecked everything in the sharing option tabs
