HIDE MENU ICONS not starting with Mac

Even though it's set in my preferences, it's not starting when the iMac boots. My MacBook Pro works great, and is setup exactly the same as my iMac. OS 11.6 on both Macs. Any ideas? All security prefs have been checked and confirmed.

Hello, could you tell me, does Hide Menu Icons start if you run it manually from agent?
Does Parallels Toolbox Agent or Clipboard History tool start on mac start if select appropriate option?

Hide Menu Icons does start manually within the Toolbox on both iMac and MBPro, and is set to run when Mac starts. I'll look at the history later on today and let you know if it attempts startup. Thanks for the reply
