host only networking not working (beta 3)

Thanks for the quick turnaround on Beta 3.

I'm trying to use host-only networking with two existing VMs that I created in beta 1. I changed the network adapter for each to host only. But when I try to start the VM I get:


Unable to connect VM to port %1.


Bridged networking over en1 still works fine.

Also getting this error

I'm also getting this error when I attempt to start with host only networking.

MPB 2.0
Windows XP SP2 guest OS
 
Sorry I didn't give details on my case:

MBP 2.16
OS X 10.4.6

Guest OS is Windows 2003 Server

Host only networking not working.
