I have the following problem. A published custom application has a hotkey set to show a child window, this key is F3, so if i press F3 the child window should pop up, and thats what it does but it goes away after 1 second. i dont know if there's any special setting that will prevent 2x from taking the window away, my guess it's still on the background. This only happens with seamless windows, not with the published desktop.
