How buy clean install of Windows 7?

I did an upgrade from my Windows OEM (HP edition) to Parallels Mac Desktop. The migration has problems (it hangs or blue screens every time I shut it down). I would like to try a fresh, clean install of Windows 7 on Parallels VM, but I can't figure out how to buy it.

All the cheap versions of Windows are upgrades, but I don't want to upgrade. I want to install clean. The more expensive "System Builder" versions say they are only good for an OEM agreement.

Can someone tell me how to install a clean, legal version of Windows 7?

I also have a related question, I am using windows XP professional. I want to upgrade this in to wind 7. but I have heard that many windows have some files corrupt while downloading. so What should I do?

These are the easy following steps to install of windows 7:-
__ Run Windows Easy Transfer on your Windows XP PC:
__ Rename your Windows XP drive:
__ Insert the Windows 7 DVD into your DVD drive and restart your PC:
__ Click Next.
__ Click your Windows XP drive.
__ Enter your user name,and a name for your PC,and click Next.
__ Type and retype in a password, then type in a password hint, then click Next.
__ Type your product key and click Next.
__ Choose Use Recommended Settings.
__ Reinstall your old software from their original discs.
__ Check your PC’s user accounts.

And your windows 7 will be correctly installed.
