How can I escape a Windows 7-hangup?

Bit poster
1) I installed Eset Internet Security on Windows-VM. It could not finish, because it did not recognize the VM. I broke it off and
2) restarted Windows. I enforced the termination of still running software and now there is hangup showing "Logging off". How can I make Windows run again, so that I can solve the Eset problem afterwards?

Plz click on Actions> Reset in virtual machine configuration to reset the Windows Virtual Machine.
NOTE: Please take a snapshot of your virtual machine (in Parallels Desktop menu bar go to Actions > Take snapshot) before you proceed with the instruction.
