How can I get hardware acceleration working in Ubuntu 13.04 64-bit?

In Ubuntu 12.10 32-bit, all I had to do was install Parallels tools, and it seemed to install a custom Mesa driver.

Now I've installed 13.04 64-bit, completely from fresh, and it seems to refuse to install this.

The 'enable 3d accel' option is ticked.
