How can I get help from Parallels technicians

I posted here a question about the Application (Parallels) folder and its organization and relation to the Programs folder under XP in Parallels, but no joy. So I though to send a question to the company, only I can see no way of asking them a question.

Does anyone know how one can get an answer to a question of this nature? I have tried all the FAQs, documents, guides et al, but nothing, and I can only think of asking the company itself.

If you have registered with Parallels and have a account you can start a ticket for help from your account page.
Otherwise you can contact them through Chat or by phone.
