How can I release Parallels Desktop 11 license without uninstallation

Hi,
I lost my old MacBook with a Parallels Desktop 11 installed. Now, I tried to install and active it in a new Mac. According to http://kb.parallels.com/123461, I was requested to uninstall Parallels in old Mac, but it's impossible because I cannot find it anymore. Could you release the license for me?
