How can I transfer JUST my files/photos from another Windows computer?

I have parallels up and running, working great, on a Mac Air. Windows 10 Pro, activated and working perfectly. I tried to use Parallels to transfer my files from my old computer running Windows 7, but my only options are to transfer the System (Windows 7 which I do not need) or System and Files. How can I copy JUST the Files/Photos/Documents, etc.?
