I have a colleague who is working remotely and is connected to his office PC via Parallels and wants to print documents on his printer connected to his home PC via USB. How can I add this printer to Parallels?

    Thank you!

You can either use Parallels Universal Printing, using the Parallels Client with redirected local printers (so ensure that printer is installed on the users home PC, and printer redirection is enabled) https://download.parallels.com/ras/v19/docs/en_US/Parallels-RAS-19-Administrators-Guide/39251.htm with policies that can be set from https://download.parallels.com/ras/v19/docs/en_US/Parallels-RAS-19-Administrators-Guide/42092.htm

Else if using the Parallels User Portal, Parallels provides PDF printer which would translate the print content to PDF and then allow the browser to retrieve a list of local printers.
