How do I continue to use a PVM that was created under Parallels Desktop for Windows 4?

I have recently had to rebuild a Windows system after a catastrophic disk crash. A significant use of this system was to run a PVM (Linux guest) under Parallels Desktop 4 for Windows. I need to

1. Find a copy of Parallels 4 for Windows and install it.
2. Or run the PVM on Parallels on my MAC ( and buy it.)
3. Or translate the PVM to VMWare.

Where can I find #1?
Will a PVM that old run under the current Parallels for MAC?
Is there any way to do #3?

As for #3, if that's the route you decide to take, maybe you should seek advise on VMWare forums.
