How do I get Parallels on 2 external monitors, & host on laptop internal display?

I have a MBP running Win8 in parallels. What I'd like to do is have the Parallels instance take up my 2 external monitors, while the host OS runs on the laptop's internal display. Is this possible? If I put it in full screen it only takes up one monitor, and of course if I tell it to use all displays it does just that. Is there some kind of middle option?

I too would really like to know if there is an answer for this. We got rMBP's for work to support mobile development, but until that takes off, we are primarily a MS shop, so I would like to have my two external monitors showing windows and my laptop monitor showing OSX. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
 
If you install parallels 8 (latest version) and windows 8 on the rMBP, is it not possible to use two external monitors showing windows and a rMBP to show OSX ?

Is it parallels 8 that makes it impossible.
 
As of PD8 full screen guest can take either one display or all displays. There's no middle option.

It is currently impossible to give two of the three displays to guest. By default, the guest takes over everything, or alternatively can be limited to just one display if option View > Use All displays in full screen is unchecked.
