how do i increase hard disc available to parallels

I have an Imac with a 3.07GHz intel core 2 duo processor, running lion with 8GB 1067 DDR3 ram, running parallels 6.

My problem is that the had disc space availabel on the the C drive is 63GB and I only have 3GB left. This is resulting in things running slowly.

How do I increase the hard disc capacity

Configure

I believe you do it in the configure--> hardware area. I'm currently having issue doing so because Parallels is reporting non-existent snapshots. Anyone know how to handle this?
