How do I increase the partition size on the mac side

Hi guys,

I have a MacBook Air running parallels. I currently have 40 odd GB spare on the Windows side and nothing spare on the Mac side.
Is there any way I can increase the Mac side by taking say 20GB from the Windows side. When I go into disk utility it is all greyed out.
Any help would be much appreciated :)
