How do I make my pointer appear in Windows?

I need help! I recently installed Parallels and Windows XP onto my MacBook Pro. When I launch Parallels and Windows boots up, the screen settings cannot be reset so the desktop view takes up the intire screen because my Windows mouse pointer won't appear when I click the Windows screen.

If someone would give some direction concerning this problem I'm having I'd appreciate it.

Hello
You should install Parallels Tools
go to Actions->Install Paralles Tools
