As per title: How do I 'migrate' an existing Parallels key/subscription from one iMac to another?!

I'm having trouble doing this. It appears to be caught in a 'perpetual loop'.

I assume, somehow, I have to deactivate the key on the incumbent iMAc... Then re-invoke it on the other iMac to get Parallels working?!

But how do I do this?
