Please try activating Parallels Desktop 10 now it should work.
To locate your activation key for Parallels Desktop: http://bit.ly/1uStPoi
If you are still unable to activate, please open Terminal from your Mac and execute this command:
prlsrvctl activate-license-online Thx, Dineshraj
