How do I open VM configuration window if VM is shut down?

Hello NicholasD3, when your virtual machine is not running but its window is present on the screen, or when your virtual machine is running in Window mode:
Click on the Parallels icon in the Mac status bar and choose Configure under your virtual machine section. Thanks!
