I run Parallels in full screen mode and, in Parallels 5, CMD+Q would quit Parallels. This doesn't work in Parallels 6 and the only way I can find to quit Parallels 6 is to first exit full screen mode and then choose Quit form the Parallels menu. Am I missing something? Is there a way to quit without exiting full screen mode? Thanks in advance, Steve = : ^ )
ctrl-alt show parallels application menu. Go to view menu and select the new viewing mode (windowed for example). Also there is a setting in the VM configuration to set a screen angle to exit full screen. hope this help.
oops sorry have not read your entire post .. if you need to enable Cmd-q to quit parallels go in Parallels Preferences -> select Keyboard tab -> select Windows Profile and untick Cmd+Q to unassign shortcut. bye
