How do I remove activation key from old macbook

Hello,

I've just got a new macbook and tried to install Parallels desktop on my new one but activate license is not working.
Search out in this forum and found this article http://kb.parallels.com/kr/123461 but it's not either.

How can I move license key to my new macbook.
I have a license for Parallels desktop 11.

Hello @JangK ,
We have reset the activation limit from our end. Please go ahead and activate on your new Mac and it should work.
