I had to restore my PVM to an older version, and I got it running, but now there is an unwanted extra VM in the Control Centre. When I right-click on it, the option to Remove is disabled. I want to remove it please.

Hello, please restart your Mac and Parallels Desktop and let us know if the issue still persists.

It does persist, yes. I have restarted the Mac and Parallels several times since the problem started.

What is your Parallels Desktop and macOS version?

But surprisingly I just checked it today and it allowed me to remove the older version using the context menu as shown above.

I think you can close the ticket, but it does seem like a problem exists somehow.

Had the same issue, "Remove" context menu item was disabled until I've emptied the trash (removed VM was there).
