How do I share a USB Modem?

I have a Huawei E220 USB modem installed on my Mac.

However when I am connected to it and online and running Parallels it is not shared with Windows.

How can I share this modem with Windows?

please open 'Configuration Editor' of your VM ('Edit' -> 'Virtual Machine') -> 'Network Adapter' tab and provide me with a screenshot of this window.

Please in 'Network Adapter' tab choose 'Shared Network'. Will it help?

No. tried that and it makes no difference.

please open 'System Preferences' of Mac, select 'Network' and provide me with a screenshot where 'Parallels NAT' is listed.
