How do I startup Win 11 normally from this screen?

Using Win 11 ARM on Apple Silicon.
Followed a guide trying to fix my low mic volume and now I am stuck with this every time I start Win 11.
How do I prevent this startup screen/process?

Kindly check if the following permissions were given to Parallels Desktop on your Mac:
Click on the Apple icon at the top left of your screen.
Click on System Settings.
Click on "Privacy & Security".
Click on "Full Disk Access" in the list.
Toggle/check if Parallel Desktop is on.
Click on "Privacy & Security".
Click on "Accessibility" in the list.
Toggle/check if Parallel Desktop is on.
