How Many virtual computers on Mac

Hi,

New to Parallels and I have already installed a Windows XP virtual machine, but I would like a windows 7 one as well.

I have a 3.1Ghz i5 with 12Gbyte of memory.

Will I be able to reliably run both windows virtual machines at the same time.

I've run two at a time with only 4GB of RAM on a 2011 MacBook Air with no problems.
