How not to show 2X client launcher at startup

I am currently building 2X ApplicationServer in our company, and for this, I am receiving strict requests from the top as follows:
1. Use thin client PC
2. Thin client PC should not be user-specific
3. Let employees to use only application shortcuts on desktop
4. Hide 2X Client Launcher (Do not show 2X Client Launcher to an employee)
5. Use SSO

I first thought that above requests are not a problem, but when I combined all the above conditions, I am facing a situation of 2X Client Launcher always pop-up at the first log-on after starting the PC.

It seems like 2X Client Launcher always pops up when the PC creates local profile of an first time log-on user, and the option of "Launch automatically at Windows startup" is on, which is necessary to renew application shortcut icons on desktop during the log-on.
Is my supposition correct? or if there is a way to not to let 2X Client Launcher to pop-up during the first log-on, then please let me know.

The thin client PC always resets hard drive information at the boot, so currently I am always getting the 2X Client Launcher to pop-up which does not meet the request.

you might consider even to open a support ticket

Do you use the 2xThinClientServer as well or do you have just 2xOS HDD installed thin clients?
