So the 'Report a Problem' link directs me to your website to log an issue. I sign in, scroll to the bottom, which confirms I have 631 days of email support remaining. The only button showing is to 'Buy Support' which presumably is for phone/chat, which I don't need. How do I just notify you of an issue by email?
