The "Access Windows folders from Mac" and "Shortcuts to virtual disks on Mac desktop" boxes are checked in Configure's Options, Sharing, Share Windows tab. The "[C] Windows 10 64 bit" icon is present on the Mac desktop. Double-clicking it opens the Windows C: drive in Finder from which I can do all the same sorts of things I can do to any other drive. However, I don't see the C: drive in the Open or Save As menus within any Mac app including Finder itself. "Connected Servers" is checked on the General tab in Finder's Preferences. Am I missing something or is it not possible to access the C: drive directly from within Mac apps?

Oh, I see now that Open/Save can access Windows files through Desktop/C:. So now my question is whether it's possible to access C: from within Mac Apps without displaying the shortcut to C: on the Mac desktop"?
