How should I install Windows 8 .1 Pro if I have the discs?

I'm sorry if this was already posted. I just bought my MacBook Pro and never owned an Apple product in my life - the ultimate noob here. I purchased Parallels 9 and installed the preview for Windows 8.1, but now I have the Windows 8.1 Pro installation discs in hand and I'm not sure the proper way of upgrading from the trial version of Windows 8.1 to Windows 8.1 Pro. Any help would be appreciated.

The issue is related to Windows OS.
Also, there is no download for the .NET Framework 3.5 for Windows 8 or Windows 8.1. You must enable the .NET Framework 3.5 in Control Panel.
